Last spring we sent out a survey asking stakeholders about the priorities of the community with regards to education, what our strengths are as a district, and what are our opportunities for growth as a district. We used that feedback to begin developing a new Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP). The plan contains four goals for the district to strive towards in the upcoming years. Action steps are provided in the plan that outline specific measures that board members, administration, teachers, support staff, students, and parents can take to help the school achieve the goals in the plan. The four goals are listed below.
The CSIP is a major part of our new accountability measures as a district under the new Missouri School Improvement Plan. A rough draft of the CSIP was submitted to the state in August. The final version must be submitted in December. If you have any input, feedback, or would like to see the entire rough draft plan, please email Mr. Prugh at cprugh@gfr2.k12.mo.us.
