Tonight, the Lady Mustangs will be playing in the R1 tournament at 5:40. Friday, at 9 am is our Veterans Day Program. Finally, our Christmas program will be December 15 at 7 pm.
Thanks in part to Brasyn’s 3-point shots, our 5 Mustangs held a host of Bobcats to an 11 point lead to finish 30-41 and to take 4th place in the Salem Tournament.

Good Luck to our 6-8 boys basketball team as they play for 3rd place in the Salem Tournament tonight at 6:15 against Dent Phelps R-3. Lady Mustangs play against Licking tomorrow night at home and then play in their first tournament next week at Oak Hill.

The Lady Mustangs won the first game against Phelps County 28-22 after getting behind by 10 early in the game. They also won the second game 20-4. Boys are about to tip off now. Let’s go Mustangs.

Boys’ tournament bracket for next week. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We had great performances from our Mustangs after an exciting pep rally Thursday. The boys improved to 3-0 with wins over North Wood 43-17 and Viburnum 43-18. Our ladies improved to 2-2 out scoring the panthers 28-12 and the blue jays 24-17. A challenging week @ Phelp Co. , Oak Hill, @ Dent Phelps awaits Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
There will be no school Friday, October 21 or Monday, October 24 for our K-8th grade students. Busses will be running to transport our high school students because Salem R-80 is in session.
Ms. Marsha was acknowledged today by the Missouri Association of Rural Education as the outstanding support staff member of the year. There is no one more deserving. Congratulations Ms. Marsha.
