The JH Basketball teams take on Phelps County R-3 tonight . Girls game starts at 5:30 PM immediately followed by the boys game. Go Mustangs.

Green Forest WILL be in school tomorrow. However, there are some places that our buses will not be able to get to due to gravel road conditions. Bus drivers are attempting to contact those families who are not reachable at this time to attempt to set up alternative pickup location. See you tomorrow.

There will be no school for Green Forest R-2 on Monday and Tuesday, November 4th and 5th. School will resume on Wednesday, November 6th. Have a wonderful weekend!

Veterans Day Program - Nov. 11th @ 9:30 AM
Tomorrow is Halloween, so we wanted to give our Mustang families some reminders to ensure that our day is fun and safe. First, our Trek for Treats will take place at 2, so students can bring their costumes to school to change into for that event. Be especially mindful of costumes that might be detrimental to the learning environment. Second, students should not bring masks, props or candy to school. Also, no full face paint is allowed. We want to celebrate the season while also maintaining a learning environment. At Green Forest, first we work hard, then we play hard.
Mustangs play at Northwood tonight at 5. Tomorrow's game against Dent Phelps has moved to a 6 o'clock start time. Student athletes will not stay after school tomorrow until game time due to the later start.

Red Ribbon Week starts Monday.
This is a busy week for our Mustangs! There is no school tomorrow, October 25. Monday, October 28 is Picture Retake Day, Class Picture Day and Fall Sport Picture Day. Monday also begins our Red Ribbon Week spirit days. See our website for the special celebration for each day next week. Have a wonderful weekend!
